We may collect account and business information, including names, email addresses, telephone numbers, company details, service locations, user roles, and authentication information. We also process information submitted through customer conversations, lead forms, project records, messages, appointments, uploaded files, and support requests.

When an authorized user connects a third-party service, we may receive information made available by that service, such as business profile information, contacts, projects, messages, review information, calendar availability, or integration identifiers. The information received depends on the permissions approved by the user and the provider’s policies.

We may automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, timestamps, referring pages, and diagnostic or security events.

We use information to provide and secure the service; authenticate users; organize customer and project activity; deliver communications requested by authorized users; operate connected integrations; provide support; monitor performance; prevent misuse; meet legal obligations; and improve MappedPulse.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use information obtained through Google APIs for advertising, and our handling of Google user data is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy and applicable Business Profile API policies.

Businesses using MappedPulse are responsible for obtaining legally sufficient consent before sending marketing or automated communications. Message recipients may opt out as described in the message or by using recognized opt-out language. Message and data rates may apply.

We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, support, and operate MappedPulse; with third-party services at an authorized user’s direction; with a business customer that controls the relevant workspace; or when required to comply with law, enforce agreements, or protect rights and safety. Service providers are permitted to process information only for the services they provide to us.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Retention periods vary by data type and source. Content received through third-party APIs may be subject to shorter storage limits; for example, Google Business Profile API content is handled according to Google’s applicable storage requirements. Deletion requests may be subject to legal, security, backup, and fraud-prevention exceptions.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location and relationship with MappedPulse, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information. Workspace users should first contact the business that provided their account. You may also contact us using the information below. Users can disconnect supported integrations through their account settings or the applicable third-party service.

MappedPulse is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as MappedPulse develops. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email.
